They are a friendly, highly supportive employer.The RoleThe successful candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced tradesperson responsible for carrying out general maintenance, refurbishment works, larger-scale refurbishments and general repair works.Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects, from small jobbing works to multi-week, multi-trade refurbishmentsComplete bathroom and kitchen installations, whole-house refurbishments, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, pointing, tiling, plastering and decoratingUndertake carpentry works including flooring, building works and general repairsDiagnose and resolve issues relating to damp and condensationCarry out roofing works where requiredProvide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with clientsCapable of working effectively alongside other trades and taking the lead on multi-trade refurbishment projects where requiredComplete all required paperwork accurately and to a high standardWork safely and comply with all company health and safety guidelinesMaintain a professional appearance and ensure company vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained What We re Looking For Extensive ..... full job details .....
