Multi-Trade Operative - Social HousingLocation: North West Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate (DOE) Job Type: Temporary Ongoing Start Date: Immediate Start AvailableWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy social housing contractor carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across void and tenanted properties.This is a temporary ongoing position with consistent work available for the right candidate.Duties:Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works on social housing propertiesWorking within both occupied (tenanted) and void propertiesJoinery repairs and installations including doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens, and flooringBasic plumbing repairs including taps, sinks, toilets, and pipeworkPatch plastering, tiling, and decorating worksGeneral property repairs and maintenanceEnsuring all works are completed to a high standardDelivering excellent customer service when working in occupied homesAdhering to health and safety procedures at all timesRequirements:Previous experience working within social housing repairs and maintenanceSkilled in a variety of trades with a strong all-round maintenance backgroundAbility to work independently and manage workloads effectivelyFull UK Driving LicenceOwn tools preferredCSCS Card advantageous but not essentialIf you''re an experienced Multi-Trade Operative looking for your next long-term contract opportunity, apply today with your CV for immediate consideration. ..... full job details .....
