Coverage Area:

You''ll be travelling to properties across Kent and Sussex, including Eastbourne, Burgess Hill, Hastings, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Margate, Dover, Chatham, Bromley and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities:

• Carpentry fitting and hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen worktops
• Bricklaying replacing damaged bricks, repointing, installing brick slips
• Plastering patch repairs up to one square meter
• Painting and decorating both internal and external work
• General maintenance various multi-trade tasks as required

Essential Requirements:

• Full manual UK driving license
• Proven experience in social housing or residential construction
• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery or related trade qualification
• Strong health and safety knowledge
