THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous bodyshop experience who wants to continue learning and become a fully competent accident repair technician. You''ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple repair disciplines while receiving continuous support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
·Assist with the repair of accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
·Learn and develop skills across panel repairs, preparation, polishing, strip and refit, and general bodyshop repairs
·Work alongside experienced technicians on a wide variety of repair techniques
·Inspect vehicles and identify repair requirements under supervision
·Maintain excellent workshop housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
·Work collaboratively with the wider bodyshop team to achieve production targets
·Develop knowledge of manufacturer repair methods and quality procedures
·Build the skills and confidence required to become a fully qualified Bodyshop Technician

ABOUT YOU
We''re looking for someone who already has some experience within a bodyshop environment and is passionate about developing a long-term career in the accident repair industry.

·Previous experience within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre
·This role is ideal for a Junior Bodyshop Technician or someone with entry-level industry experience looking to progress
·Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn from experienced professionals
·Good practical skills and attention to detail
·Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
·Able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
·Keen to develop into a fully skilled Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician
·Full UK Driving Licence preferred
