Multi Skilled Supervisor

We are working with a well established and longstanding Social Housing Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos. The company get regular repeat business from their clients, and have a great reputation due to the quality of work they deliver. They specialise in retrofit/energy efficiency upgrades to tenanted social housing properties across the country.

They are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis, working on retrofit/energy efficiency upgrades work to tenanted Social Housing properties on two sites in the Bradford and further West Yorkshire areas. Work will include - door undercuts, trickle vent blocking, drilling core holes etc.

You will be reporting into a Project Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising tradesman and sub-contractors to ensure work is being completed to a high standard of quality, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
• Site inductions, RAMs, monitoring PPE to ensure correct usage.
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Refurbishment schemes, ideally with some roofing experience. You must also have a Level 3 or 4 Site Supervision qualification.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is up to -36k plus car allowance and other benefits (pension, bonus etc.)
