Multi Skilled Static Engineer Electrical Bias

PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Electrical Bias) in Manchester.You will be responsible for assisting in the operative, repair and maintenance within a commercial building.Duties include not exclusive to:Emergency lightingL8 water monitoringAHU Servicing and maintenanceFan coil service and maintenancePump servicingMinor electrical worksBasic plumbing including taps, syphons, flush valves, waste pipeworkStatutory PPMs in line with SFG20Experience/Skills:Experience in related rolesExperience with hardware tools and electrical equipmentUnderstanding of basic plumbing or HVAC systemsExperience with BEMS systemsMust be able to read schematic drawingsQualifications:18th Edition of IEE wiring Recognised apprenticeships preferredPosses a recognised tradeMonday to Friday - 40 hours a weekTo apply please email (url removed). ..... full job details .....
