Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor Location: London Salary: 56,000 per annum Hours: 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off Employment: Full-time The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor to join a critical facilities environment in London. This is a key supervisory position responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of building services and critical equipment, while leading a team of engineers and ensuring planned, reactive and statutory maintenance activities are delivered to the required standards. The role would suit an experienced Shift Supervisor, Lead Engineer or Multi Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical background and previous experience within a critical environment such as a data centre. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and lead a team of day and shift engineers, providing technical guidance and support. - Ensure all equipment, plant and building services are operated and maintained safely. - Oversee the completion of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with agreed schedules. - Prioritise statutory and mandatory maintenance tasks and ensure reactive works are completed within required timescales. - Monitor engineering performance against KPIs and service-level requirements. - Ensure maintenance and installation activities are completed to the required quality and compliance standards. - Support fault finding, technical problem solving and ..... full job details .....
