The core objective is to ensure seamless building operations and an exceptional workplace experience. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fabric. Respond promptly to building management system (BMS) alarms, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
