On their behalf, Pertemps are now seeking a Multi Skilled Production Operative to join the manufacturing team to help them deliver quality products safely, efficiently, and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and carry out tasks to the highest standards following full training.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO 9001, HACCP, and site-specific policies.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to maintain product integrity and consistency.
Support the company’s ESG goals by working safely, minimising waste, and reducing the need for product remixes.
Identify and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
Essential:
Commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Desirable:
Valid Forklift Counterbalance Truck licence.
Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001/BRC, HACCP, Food Safety, Hygiene, COSHH, and pest control.
Basic computer skills.
Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
