Multi Skilled Production Operative Corby Total Working Hours/Week: 42 £33349.68 starting salary – increases to £39233.38 after 3 months This is a straight to permanent contract!   Shift Pattern Continental:              Monday / Tuesday day shift 06.00-18.00 Wednesday and Thursday off Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nightshift 18.00-06.00 Monday Tuesday off Wednesday, Thursday and Friday day shift 06.00-18.00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday off Monday / Tuesday 18.00-06.00 Wednesday and Thursday off Friday, Saturday and Sunday days 06.00-18.00   Pertemps are recruiting for Multi Skilled Production Operatives for a food manufacturing client based in Corby. Are you ready to work for an established company who have been a stable employer in the Northampton area for many decades?    They offer fantastic benefits as well as a very competitive salary for the area.   Role Responsibilities: - To perform all tasks within the production operative’s role, after full training, to 100% compliance at all times - Perform all aspects of the production operative functions in a diligent manner, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are not compromised - To maintain solid operating basis in terms of good manufacturing practices - Ensure full compliance of all sites-based systems, such as ISO 9002, HACCP, Health and Safety site standards and policies, environment standards and Investors in People - To help support and identify operational synergies that would enhance continuous improvement within the Operational team. - To ensure that any product wastage is kept to a minimum, whilst also mitigating the need for product remixes being undertaken - Any other reasonable management request - Experience fast moving Food Manufacturing environment. - Clear understanding of ISO 9001/BRC, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, COSHH and pest control and familiarity with relevant food legislation.   Experience: - Experience fast moving Food Manufacturing environment. - Experienced in working shift patters - Ownership and Accountability - Drive and Perseverance - Prioritisation and Focus - Planning and Organising - Operational Excellence - Managing Projects and change   Interested?
