We are looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join a busy production team, with both temporary and permanent opportunities available. This is a varied role offering the chance to develop a range of manufacturing skills including fabrication, assembly, sewing, welding and packing. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with production experience or those looking to build a career in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Fabric welding, cutting/slitting, industrial sewing, fabrication and assembly work. Packing finished products ready for dispatch. Operating machinery safely and efficiently. Working to production specifications, worksheets and engineering drawings. Completing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Using computer systems for shop floor data collection and works order completion. Meeting production targets and customer delivery deadlines. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation. Following all Health and Safety procedures and company policies.
