The role involves completing day-to-day repairs, plumbing installations and other multi-trade work, including tiling, carpentry, patch plastering and decorating. You will be expected to deliver high-quality work efficiently, follow health and safety regulations, and ensure repairs are completed right first time. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations. Undertake additional multi-trade duties to a high standard.
