Multi Skilled Plumber - Level 2 or Level 3Central government Contract - 240,000 sq. ft. Commercial Property Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualification level) About the Role We are recruiting a Multi Skilled Plumber to support a key central government contract within a large, high-profile commercial building. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established UK-wide facilities management provider, working in a stable, compliance-driven environment. Candidates with Level 2 or Level 3 plumbing qualifications will be considered. Level 3 is preferred, but strong commercial experience at Level 2 will also be welcomed. Key ResponsibilitiesPlanned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing and drainage systemsPipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs across a large 240,000 sq. ft. siteFault finding and completion of remedial works in a timely and compliant mannerEnsuring all work is completed in line with Health and Safety regulations, Permit to Work systems, and safe systems of workCommunicating effectively with the on-site client, reporting defects and site findingsCompleting all job sheets, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation accurately and on timeWorking closely with other engineers and site teams to maintain operational standards Required Skills and ExperienceCandG / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent technical qualification)Experience within a commercial maintenance or facilities management ..... full job details .....
