You''ll deliver high-quality maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents'' homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional.Key Duties:Carry out responsive repairs in occupied and void social housing propertiesRepair or replace skirting boards, doors, handles, locks, and hingesInstall and adjust kitchen units and worktopsPatch plastering, wall/floor tiling, painting, and decoratingIdentify and fix minor plumbing issues (leaks, dripping taps, blocked sinks)Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicleAccurately record work using handheld devices or job sheetsDeliver excellent customer service while respecting residents'' homesCandidate Requirements:Proven experience across multiple tradesFull UK driving licence (over 21, held for 3+ months, Ability to work independently and manage workload efficientlyStrong problem-solving and fault-finding skillsUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsDBS/security check clearance requiredIf this opportunity aligns with your experience and interests, please let me know, and we can ..... full job details .....
