Multi Skilled Plumber

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading Property Services company based in Berkshire on a temp - perm basis

Offering up to -38,000 + van and fuel card & benefits

Responsibilities:

• Carry out responsive day to day repairs to occupied Housing Association properties
• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include plumbing, remedial carpentry/joinery, plastering, tiling etc within a social housing setting
• Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
• Previous experience kitchen and bathroom fitting would be beneficial

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
• Experience carrying out domestic maintenance, ideally in occupied properties
• Strong Health and Safety knowledge
