About our clientOur client is a property maintenance company working with leasehold managing agents and freeholders across London. They handle reactive and planned maintenance on residential properties, and they''re looking to expand their team.The roleYou''ll be working on a variety of residential projects across central, east and south London, carrying out plastering, rendering, general building and carpentry work. You''ll respond to maintenance requests from managing agents and leaseholders, working on both reactive jobs and planned maintenance schedules. A company van is provided to minimise travel time and ensure you can get to sites quickly.
