Multi-Skilled PlastererChesterfieldSalary - 35,000 per annum - 36,000 per annum plus a company vanPermanent positionA well-established housing association in the North East Derbyshire area is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join their team on a permanent basis to work within their repairs and maintenance team.Duties of the Multi-skilled Plasterer role will include, but is not limited to: Completing patch and full plastering works on social housing kitchens and bathroomsCarrying out secondary skills such as basic joinery work, tiling and basic plumbingUtilising a PDAAdhering to all health and safety requirementsEnsuring van stock is maintainedThe successful candidate will have:Hold a full UK driving licence Able to undertake a Basic DBSIf you believe that you are well-suited to the role of Multi-skilled Plasterer, please apply.
