This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operative seeking long-term work with the potential of a permanent position.The RoleWorking within occupied and tenanted social housing properties, you will be responsible for carrying out full plastering works as part of disrepair projects, alongside a range of additional multi-trade repairs and maintenance tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesFull plastering works including skimming, floating, rendering, patch repairs and making goodCarrying out disrepair works within occupied social housing propertiesKitchen and bathroom repairs and refurbishment worksBasic joinery and carpentry repairsWall and floor tilingBasic plumbing repairs and maintenanceGeneral multi-skilled maintenance tasksEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescalesProviding excellent customer service while working in residents'' homesAdhering to all health and safety proceduresRequirementsProven experience as a Multi-Skilled PlastererStrong plastering background with experience completing full plastering worksPrevious experience working on social housing disrepair contractsExperience working ..... full job details .....
