Working as part of the South-West repairs and maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard with minimal supervision while delivering excellent customer service to residents. The role includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, with additional payment provided. Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates must live within Cornwall.
