Job Title: Multi-Skilled PlastererLocation: Cornwall, United Kingdom Salary: £38,090 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Start Date: ASAPRole OverviewCarrying out responsive plastering repairs and multi-skilled maintenance works across residential properties throughout Cornwall for Guinness Property. Working as part of the South-West repairs and maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard with minimal supervision while delivering excellent customer service to residents.The role includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, with additional payment provided. Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates must live within Cornwall.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out all aspects of plastering repairs and maintenance workCompleting multi-skilled repairs including basic plumbing, tiling, joinery, groundwork, flooring installation, and mould treatment worksDiagnosing and completing first-time fix repairs within agreed timescalesApplying damp and mould treatments in accordance with Health and Safety guidelinesWorking within occupied residential and social housing propertiesRecording and updating accurate job information using PDA/mobile technologyOrdering and managing materials effectively to complete repairs efficientlyAdvising supervisors where specialist trades or additional works are requiredDelivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional communication with ..... full job details .....
