This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across South Birmingham.Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp and mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to.Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visitsRequirements:NVQ or City and Guilds L2 or equivalentPrevious experience in plastering across social housing or privateStrong communication and customer service skillsFull UK Driving LicenceAbility to perform basic secondary trades to a basic standard.What s in it for you?Weekly payVarious p...
