Multi-Skilled Plant Operative

RSS Infrastructure is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Plant Operatives to support fencing installation activities on a major project.

Successful candidates will be responsible for operating plant equipment and assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of fencing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery to support fencing installation and infrastructure works.
• Carry out material handling and site logistics activities.
• Undertake excavation works and post-hole preparation.
• Complete daily plant inspections and pre-start checks.
• Operate all plant equipment safely and in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Valid CPCS Blue Card.
• Proven experience operating a Telehandler/Dumper/Roller/360 Excavator.
• Experience supporting fencing projects, infrastructure works, or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of plant safety procedures and site compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced site environment.
