This is a hands-on, varied production role, working across blending, milling, and other production areas. Key responsibilities:Blending ingredients to precise specifications.Operating production and milling machinery.Carrying out quality checks and recording data.Supporting across different production areas when required.Labelling, palletising and maintaining a clean workspace.(Some manual handling required up to kg) What we re looking for:Reliable with strong timekeeping.Team player with a positive attitude.Good attention to detail.Willing to learn and work flexibly.Previous production or machinery experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.
