Role: Multi Skilled Operative Plasterer Contract: Permanent - full time Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas Hours: 37 hours Salary: Up to £31,464.72 per annum depending on experience - plus benefits The Role Are you an experienced plasterer looking to make a difference within the North Devon community? North Devon Homes is seeking Plasterers to join our Multi-Skilled Operatives within our Response and Void team. You ll deliver high-quality improvement, repair, and installation activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a full range of duties, including plastering, rendering, internal wall insulation, and damp-proofing. Work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors, and customers to deliver an efficient, customer-focused repairs service. Maintain excellent service standards and represent North Devon Homes professionally. Support continuous improvement and promote our values and culture. Adhere to Health and Safety legislation and operational protocols. Manage van stock and issued equipment effectively. Participate in out-of-hours service provision when required. What We re Looking For: Experience in delivering high levels of customer service. Completion of a recognised plastering apprenticeship or equivalent experience. City and Guilds Level 2 Qualification in plastering or similar. Full, valid UK driving licence. Strong knowledge of construction activities and Health and Safety ..... full job details .....
