Location: Plumstead | Salary: £22.50/hour | Type: Contract | We Are looking for 2x Multi Skilled Operatives to join a 3-month-Decommissioning and Groundwork''s-project in Plumstead . Hours : 8 hours per day - 07:30AM-4PM Pay : -22.50 per hour (CIS) Requirements : IPAF & CSCS card. Telehandler and/or dumper driver ticket desirable. Duties : Controlled strip-out of remaining assets Use of MEWPs, vacuum lifters, and manual handling aids where required Removal and segregation of waste streams (general waste, metal, WEEE) Removal of adhesive signage on platforms. As the platforms are not in use, high street environment will be implemented with the work site located more than 2m from platform edge. Remedial works, including patch repairs, floor tile replacement, and making good finishes Cleaning of adhesive residues from glazing Final builders clean of all affected areas To find out more information, please apply and a consultant form our team will be in touch.-
