Multi-Skilled Operative

We Are looking for 2x Multi Skilled Operatives to join a 3-week Decommissioning project in Ashford, starting 07/09/2026.

Hours: 9 hours per day - 07:30AM-4:30PM
Pay: -22.50 per hour )CIS
Requirements: IPAF & CSCS card.

Duties:

• Controlled strip-out of remaining assets
• Use of MEWPs, vacuum lifters, and manual handling aids where required
• Removal and segregation of waste streams (general waste, metal, WEEE)
• Removal of adhesive signage on platforms. As the platforms are not in use, high street environment will be implemented with the work site located more than 2m from platform edge.
• Remedial works, including patch repairs, floor tile replacement, and making good finishes
• Cleaning of adhesive residues from glazing
• Final builders clean of all affected areas
