Multi-Skilled Snagging & Remedial Works Operative

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out a variety of snagging, maintenance and general remedial works.

The Role

You will be responsible for covering all aspects of snagging and remedial works, including:

• Painting & decorating

• Patching & making good

• Plastering

• Joinery

• General remedial and maintenance works

• Completing snagging works to a high standard

• Ensuring all work areas are left clean, tidy and ready for handover

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-skilled remedial or snagging work

• In date CSCS card

• Competent across painting, patching, plastering and joinery

• Own tools and reliable transport are essential

• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

• Good communication and a professional approach

Mileage & Expenses

• Mileage paid at 45p per mile

• Mileage expenses paid weekly

• Own tools and transport required
