Multi-Skilled Snagging and Remedial Works Operative We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out a variety of snagging, maintenance and general remedial works. The Role You will be responsible for covering all aspects of snagging and remedial works, including: Painting and decorating Patching and making good Plastering Joinery General remedial and maintenance works Completing snagging works to a high standard Ensuring all work areas are left clean, tidy and ready for handover Requirements Proven experience in multi-skilled remedial or snagging work In date CSCS card Competent across painting, patching, plastering and joinery Own tools and reliable transport are essential Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Good communication and a professional approach Mileage and Expenses Mileage paid at 45p per mile Mileage expenses paid weekly Own tools and transport required If you''re a skilled, dependable tradesperson looking for regular remedial and snagging work, we''d like to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
