We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Multi-Skilled Operative to work across customer sites, delivering a range of security and property maintenance services to a high professional standard.The RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will carry out a wide variety of tasks on customer sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the standard our clients expect.Installation and MaintenanceInstalling steel security solutions to vacant propertiesErecting and dismantling hoarding, fencing, and barriersInstalling temporary intruder alarm and CCTV systemsProperty Clearance and CleaningClearing and cleaning vacant or damaged properties to agreed specificationsSafely removing and disposing of waste, including biohazardous materials, in line with HandS proceduresGarden clearance, including vegetation removal and cutbacksSite Operations and SafetyFollowing risk assessments and method statementsMaintaining excellent housekeeping standards on siteInspecting and reporting defects in vehicles, tools, and equipmentWearing the correct PPE and promoting safe working practicesCustomer Service and TeamworkLiaising professionally with clients on-siteSupporting colleagues and attending team briefingsPromoting customer satisfaction at every stageThis is a physically demanding role ..... full job details .....
