Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton, a leading name within their industry, for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join their team.


 


This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, safety-conscious individual looking for a varied role in a supportive and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Strip down cylinders to prepare for refurbishment
• Carry out extensive testing including ultrasound and pressure testing
• Perform visual inspections of cylinders
• Load cylinders onto automated lines for shot blasting/paint spraying
• Support barcoding and basic assembly duties
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently
• Handle heavy cylinders using correct manual handling techniques
• Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks when required
• Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
• Strictly follow on-site Health & Safety procedures
• Accurately input and manage data using computer systems

Shift Pattern & Pay:
Rotating Day Shifts: 1 week mornings / 1 week afternoons


Pay rate: £15.09 per hour
