Multi Skilled Operative / Multi Trade Operative Location: Alton, Hampshire Salary: 38,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled / Multi Trade Operative to join their operational delivery team. This is a permanent, hands-on opportunity for an experienced tradesperson with a strong practical background in building works, refurbishment, repairs and general maintenance. The role offers a varied workload across commercial, Government and public sector properties, with no two days necessarily being the same. You will carry out a broad range of practical building works, work independently across client sites and take ownership of completing tasks to a high standard. The Role Typical works may include: Carpentry repairs and installations Tiling and flooring repairs Painting and decorating Brickwork and general building repairs Fencing and gate repairs Basic plumbing Making good and remedial works Minor refurbishment and general building maintenance The role would suit someone with a strong core trade or practical construction background who is comfortable undertaking a variety of building works. You do not need to be experienced across every trade.
