Multi-Skilled Operative / Multi-Trade Operative Location: Surrey, London, Kent and the wider South East Salary: 38,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Our client is looking for a practical, hands-on Multi-Skilled Operative / Multi-Trade Operative to join their operational delivery team. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with a background in building, construction, refurbishment or property repairs who enjoys varied practical work and is keen to develop their skills further. The role involves carrying out a range of building works across commercial, government and public sector properties. You will be working across different client sites, getting involved in a variety of tasks and taking pride in completing work to a good standard. You do not need to be fully qualified in a particular trade or have extensive experience across multiple trades. The company is happy to consider candidates with a solid practical background, a good attitude and the willingness to learn. The Role Typical works may include: Carpentry repairs and installations Tiling and flooring repairs Painting and decorating Brickwork and general building repairs Fencing and gate repairs Basic plumbing Making good and remedial works Minor refurbishment and general building works Assisting with a variety of practical tasks across different sites You do not need to be experienced in every area.
