This is a permanent position working predominantly within void properties , carrying out a wide range of repair, refurbishment, and maintenance works to bring homes back up to a lettable standard. The successful candidate will be an all-round tradesperson with strong capabilities across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works within social housing properties. Complete void property refurbishments to a high standard. Undertake all aspects of: Carpentry Plumbing Plastering repairs Wall and floor tiling Painting and decorating Fit kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting boards, architraves, and locks.
