Annual salary: up to £38,000.00Multi Skilled Operative- CarpenterLocation: CroydonContract: Full Time PermanentSalary up to £38,000 per annum, plus, company van and fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Croydon you will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plastering, brickwork, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in Void properties.
