We are recruiting for two positions within this advert:One role focused on Planned WorksOne role focused on VoidsBoth roles offer a hands-on opportunity to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, helping to ensure residents'' homes are safe, functional, and well maintained.These are dynamic roles where you''ll be responsible for carrying out multi-trade works across social housing properties. Depending on the role, you will either be delivering planned maintenance programmes or preparing void properties to a high standard ahead of re-let.
