This is a hands-on role focused on delivering day-to-day repairs within social housing, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard for residents. Working across occupied homes, you''ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive maintenance tasks across multiple trades. From minor repairs to more involved maintenance issues, you''ll take a first-time fix approach wherever possible, helping to minimise repeat visits and deliver a reliable service.
