Annual salary: up to £38,000.00 Multi Skilled Operative- Carpenter Location: Croydon Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £38,000 per annum, plus, company van and fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Croydon you will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plastering, brickwork, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in Void properties. The role requires a delivering high-quality repairs and installations across domestic properties. Duties: Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs across tenanted social housing propertiesReplacing or repairing skirting boards, architraves, and internal door framesInstalling and adjusting kitchen units, worktops, and cupboard doorsRepairing or replacing internal doors, handles, locks, and hingesIdentifying and fixing minor plumbing issues such as leaks, dripping taps, and blocked sinksCarrying out patch plastering and making good, damaged walls or ceilingsCompleting wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealingPainting and decorating to a professional ..... full job details .....
