Qualifications Skills in general building maintenance, carpentry and plumbing. Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance Good time management Knowledge of health and safety protocols and safe work practices Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues and clients Relevant certifications in construction or related fields are an advantage A valid driver’s licence is essential for communicating requirements </p Permanent
