Key Responsibilities: Operating production machinery to manufacture foam components to specification. Cutting, shaping and finishing materials to meet customer requirements. Assembling components and carrying out general production duties. Following technical drawings, job sheets and production instructions where required. Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Confident using tools and operating machinery. Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
