Pay Rate:13.00 - -14.00 per hour

Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operator to join a manufacturing business based in Ferndown. This is a great opportunity for someone with practical skills and manufacturing experience looking to join a hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery to manufacture foam components to specification.
• Cutting, shaping and finishing materials to meet customer requirements.
• Assembling components and carrying out general production duties.
• Following technical drawings, job sheets and production instructions where required.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Confident using tools and operating machinery.
• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• A practical, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and support different areas of production.
