Location: NorfolkRate: £21.50 - £23.50 per hourContract: Ongoing Temporary ContractHours: 37 hours per week We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with a strong plumbing and carpentry bias to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity working across occupied and void properties, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants. The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out a variety of responsive repairs, void and planned maintenance, ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a flexible, multi-skilled approach with plumbing and carpentry as your core trades. Key Responsibilities Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties. Complete plumbing and carpentry repairs to a high standard. Undertake additional multi-trade works including tiling, patch plastering, painting, decorating and general property maintenance. Support void refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales. Maintain accurate records using handheld devices and mobile technology. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants. Requirements NVQ Level 2, apprenticeship, or equivalent trade experience across multiple trades.
