Your new company You''ll be working with an established housing and property maintenance provider delivering repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout the Leeds area. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join their maintenance team.Your new role As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you''ll be responsible for completing a wide range of responsive repairs and general maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties.Your duties will include:General joinery and carpentry repairsBasic plumbing and bathroom repairsKitchen and bathroom maintenanceWall and floor tilingPatch plastering and making goodBasic painting and decoratingRepairing doors, locks, handles, skirting boards and fixturesDiagnosing maintenance issues and completing effective repairsWorking across both occupied and void propertiesProviding a professional and respectful service when working in tenants'' homesCompleting relevant job paperwork and reporting any additional works requiredWhat you''ll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you''ll need previous experience working within social housing, council properties or domestic property maintenance.You''ll also ideally have:Strong experience across multiple tradesA primary trade such as joinery, plumbing or plasteringExperience completing responsive repairs and maintenanceExperience working within occupied propertiesGood fault-finding and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
