Multi-Skilled OperativeDudley and Surrounding Areas 34,000 per annum + Company Van and Fuel CardWe are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to join a well-established contractor delivering reactive repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties in Dudley and the surrounding areas.Key RequirementsSkilled in Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering as a primary trade.Previous experience within social housing, reactive repairs, or maintenance environments is highly desirable.Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade maintenance and repair tasks.Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.Time-served tradesperson.NVQ qualification in a relevant trade and/or CSCS Card would be advantageous but are not essential.Day-to-Day DutiesCarrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties.Completing repairs to a high standard across a variety of trades.Diagnosing faults and identifying the most effective repair solutions.Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.Providing excellent customer service when working within tenants'' homes.Maintaining accurate records of completed works.What''s on OfferCompetitive salary of 34,000 per annum.Company van and fuel card provided.Permanent, long-term opportunity.Stable workload across social housing contracts.Opportunity to join a reputable and growing business.If you are an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with a background in ..... full job details .....
