Key Requirements Skilled in Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering as a primary trade. Previous experience within social housing , reactive repairs, or maintenance environments is highly desirable. Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade maintenance and repair tasks. Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points . Time-served tradesperson. NVQ qualification in a relevant trade and/or CSCS Card would be advantageous but are not essential. Day-to-Day Duties Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties. Completing repairs to a high standard across a variety of trades.
