The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of planned, reactive and void property maintenance works, as well as responding to call-outs and emergency repairs when required. We are looking for a practical and versatile tradesperson with a strong background in property maintenance who is confident working across a number of disciplines, including joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting/decorating. This is a customer-facing role requiring someone who is reliable, professional and comfortable responding to reactive maintenance requirements and call-outs.
