This opportunity offers a varied workload, regular interaction with residents and the chance to contribute to the maintenance of a Build-to-Rent development. The organisation Our client operates within the Build-to-Rent sector, providing professionally managed residential accommodation with a focus on property maintenance and resident experience. Working within an on-site management team, you will help maintain apartments, communal areas and building facilities while supporting the day-to-day operation of the development. The initial three-month contract offers the potential to become permanent, subject to business requirements and performance. The role and responsibilities As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative, you will undertake planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across occupied residential apartments and communal facilities.
