Multi Trade Operative Exeter 3 month contract I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a housing association in Exeter. The Multi Trade Operative will be primarily responsible for high quality joinery as well as additional repairs. Multi Trade Operative duties: Carry out high quality joineryDeliver good customer serviceKeep accurate recordsMaintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards.Take part in the on-call out of hours rota. Requirements for the role: NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds or equivalentFull UK Drivers Licence Strong joinery skills plus multi?trade abilityGood health and safety awarenessSocial housing experience desirableCandidates must have access to their own power tools.
