Multi Skilled Operative

Bridgeman Recruitment Services ( Agency) recruiting experienced Multi-Skilled Construction Operatives and Tradespeople to support ongoing refurbishment and fit-out projects across student accommodation and NHS environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join established projects with consistent work available across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Carrying out general building and refurbishment works Assisting or delivering skilled trade duties depending on experience (e.g. joinery, plastering, flooring, ceiling fixing, roofing) Working safely in occupied/live environments Following site health and safety procedures at all times Supporting site teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule Requirements Previous experience in construction or refurbishment projects Ability to work in occupied/live environments Valid CSCS card (essential) Additional tickets such as DBS, Face Fit, or trade qualifications are advantageous Reliability, good attitude, and strong work ethic Desirable Skills Multi-trade capability (joinery, plastering, flooring, etc.) Experience on NHS or student accommodation projects Ability to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer Ongoing and consistent work across multiple sites Competitive pay rates Support with compliance (DBS / Face Fit benefit ) Opportunities for long-term placements and progression ..... full job details .....
