Multi Skilled Operative

Our client is an established principal contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Mutli Skilled Operative to join their team. This is a hands-on role requiring a skilled individual with experience across multiple trades who can deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and remedial works. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard whilst maintaining excellent customer service. Key Duties: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works across various projects. Complete defect rectification, snagging, and aftercare works within occupied and unoccupied properties. Undertake a variety of trade tasks including: Carpentry and joinery Basic plumbing repairs Patch plastering and making good Painting and decorating Tiling repairs Silicone application and finishing works Basic brickwork and external repairs Flooring repairs and replacements Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. Work independently or as part of a wider team to deliver projects within agreed timescales. Liaise professionally with residents, clients, site managers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of completed works and materials used. Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in good condition.
