Carrying out responsive repairs, you''ll help ensure our customer''s homes are safe, comfortable and well looked after. Snapshot of your role Carry out repairs and maintenance across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, UPVC, fencing, high-level works, and painting. Complete all work to a high standard, achieving first-time fixes and excellent customer satisfaction. Use and develop multi-trade skills to plan and coordinate work efficiently. Ensure all materials and tools are prepared for each job, delivering cost-effective results. Adapt to changing priorities to provide a responsive and flexible repairs service. Work closely with colleagues and external partners to overcome challenges and maintain smooth operations. Maintain vehicles, tools, stock, and safety devices, following all procedures. Represent Amplius in customers'' homes and communities, providing excellent service, supporting safety, and mentoring colleagues.
